Pilates with Paula offers a number of session options to meet your fitness goals and scheduling needs.
Our one on one and duet sessions will take you through a series of precise and flowing movements on the apparatus strengthening and stretching your body simultaneously.
Our mat classes establish a strong foundation, stability and an understanding of the Pilates vocabulary. Please see our Mat Class Schedule.

Mat classes are taught in small groups by a highly qualified instructor to ensure the exercises are done correctly and safely. This way each participant gets a custom workout. |

On the Cadillac we can begin to address the individual needs of each student. Here we can work on specific postural weaknesses and muscle imbalances. |

The High Chair and Wunda Chair address specific needs and build strength, balance and stamina. This is a very challenging exercise. |

The Reformer is where the core abdominal connection is deepened and strengthened. Flexibility and stability are challenged on the moving carriage and supported by the springs. Most of the reformer exercises are made more difficult by using fewer springs. |

In a duet session (two students and one instructor) each student has developed a certain degree of autonomy and can set up the exercises themselves. This allows the instructor to set the rhythm and flow of the workout and ensure that the exercises are done correctly. |
